In 2022, Brent and Chris realized that Arkansas was one of just nine states without its own PHCC chapter. Driven by a shared vision, they took action, determined to fill this gap and make a lasting impact. What started as a simple idea soon became a game-changing movement, one that would propel the industry forward in ways they had never imagined.
